The Anglican Parish of St Alban's Eastbourne New Zealand are embarking on a half-marathon challenge! Ellie, the vicar, is heading to St Albans in the U.K. to run their half-marathon on the morning of Pentecost Sunday (she has never run this far before - and is a bit nervous!!). Back in New Zealand Reverend Alex is leading a whole host of people from our parish to run, walk, cycle or swim from our church to Pencarrow Lighthouse and back - which is a half-marathon distance. We are all doing this to raise sponsorship funds for the earthquake strengthening of our church and hall. 

Our church is special to us and to our community in Eastbourne. Please help us to maintain this sacred building, so that our parish family can then concentrate our efforts, energy and resources on being a blessing to our surrounding neighbours and our much loved community.
