If you pledge on a project your information (name, email address) may be supplied to the project creator that you are supporting for the purposes of communicating with you regarding the project only. Upon successsful completion of a project the project creator will also be supplied your address so that they may send any rewards that you are entitled to through your pledge.

The Company will hold your personal information both before and after the termination or cancellation of your registration to use the ThrillPledge platform but only for as long as we are lawfully entitled to use that information.

How We Share Your Information

Unless you have authorised us to do so, the Company will not rent or sell your personal information. The Company will only share your personal information for the benefit of providing services to you, in which the third party will be bound by this Privacy Policy, or where required, or permitted, by law.

How We Protect Your Information

ThrillPledge uses secure safeguards to protect your personal information provided on the website. However, any personal information provided is done so at your own risk. While ThrillPledge's system is secure we do not guarantee that your personal information cannot be accessed or altered through a breach of the safeguards.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your user name and password, and for all activity which occurs on or through your user name and password, whether authorised or unauthorised. You should change your password immediately if you believe that your user name and password have been used without authorisation. The Company shall not have any liability for your failure to comply with these obligations. You agree that all information provided to the Company by you in relation to your user name and password shall be current, complete and accurate.

You may also ask the Company to correct, alter or delete any personal information that we hold about you by contacting us. Alternatively you are able to do this yourself at your account page.

Adjustments to Your Information

It is your responsibility to make any required adjustments to your details. Information you supply will never be fully deleted from our system as all information recorded is kept on a database to prevent fraud, resolve disputes and keep a record of past activity. However your request of a change in personal information will change the public viewing of such information and only ThrillPledge staff will be able to view previous personal information. Payment Security

ThrillPledge uses the latest secure transaction technology to ensure the highest level of protection.

You represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the login ID and password allocated to your user account. If you are using a credit card to process a transaction on ThrillPledge you represent and warrant that the credit card is issued in your name and that you will pay to the issuer all charges incurred through the use of ThrillPledge. If you do not make payment in accordance with these Terms, we may, at our discretion and without limitation to any other rights that we have, suspend your use of ThrillPledge and the website. Where payment is made by credit card it will not be deemed to be received by the Company until the credit card payment is honoured by the applicable credit card agency.

Upon completing a transaction using ThrillPledge, you will be presented with a confirmation screen verifying the transaction details you wish to process. It is your responsibility to verify that all transaction, credit card/account information and other details are correct. You should print the transaction confirmation for future reference and your files. The Company has no liability for transactions which are incorrect as a result of inaccurate data entry or for loss of data or information caused by factors outside of the Company's control. The Company will not be bound by any clerical errors or omissions, whether in computation or otherwise, in any confirmation screen.

The Company will be entitled at any time without prior notice or any liability to you, to cancel or suspend all or any part of ThrillPledge and/or to substitute alternative services, which may or may not be interactive or transactional in nature.

The Company may at times provide notifications to you via email for informational, marketing or other purposes. The form and means of these notifications are at the discretion of the Company, given that you may choose not to receive any notifications.
